Shipping & The New Frundies Model

"I thought the underwear was free... what changed?" Since 2017, we operated on a "Free + Shipping" model. In 2026, we evolved. To offer a more sophisticated shopping experience, we’ve moved to a Low-Price + Always Free Shipping model. We’ve absorbed the shipping costs into our base prices so the price you see is exactly what you pay. No hidden fees at checkout—just premium value and free shipping on every single order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? To keep our prices low and our selection fresh, we ship many items directly from our international suppliers. Whie most orders arrive within two weeks, please up to 30 days for your order to arrive. Because we offer Free Shipping on everything, we use reliable international carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely.

How is my order shipped? To keep your shipping free and reliable, we primarily use international postal mail services. Once your package reaches your country, it will be typically be delivered by your local national postal carrier (such as US Postal Service, Royal Mail, Canada Post, or Australia Post).

Is the packaging discreet? Our manufacturing partners use a variety of packaging. Most orders ship in plain, neutral mailers. There are no large logos or "fun twists" on the outside of the box—just a simple, sophisticated package.

Will the contents be listed on the label? While our outer packaging is plain, please note that for international orders, we are legally required to include a customs declaration on the shipping label. This may include a brief description of the contents, such as "Men’s Underwear" or "Clothing Accessories." This ensures your order passes through customs quickly and arrives at your door without unnecessary delays.

What size should I order? Because we source our diverse styles from a global network, sizing can vary. We strongly recommend checking the Size Chart on every product page.

  • Suggested Tip: Our international labels often run 1–2 sizes smaller than US/EU standards. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for maximum comfort.

 

Inventory & Availability

What happens if an item is out of stock? We work closely with our global manufacturers to keep our collections as current as possible. Our system is designed to remove sizes and colors the moment they are unavailable.

However, because we source our diverse styles from high-demand international hubs, a "backorder" can occasionally occur between the time you place your order and the moment it is packed.

What if my selection is unavailable? Don’t get your knickers in a twist! If a manufacturer is unable to fulfill a specific part of your order, our team will promptly notify you. We’ll give you the choice to wait for a restock, swap it for another sophisticated style, or receive an immediate credit for the missing items.

 

Returns & Hygiene Policy

Can I return my order? Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict global health and hygiene regulations, Frundies does not accept returns or exchanges. We believe that when you buy a pair of Frundies, you deserve the peace of mind that they are 100% brand-new, factory-sealed, and have never been handled by another customer. To maintain this standard for everyone, all sales are final.

What if I ordered the wrong size? Because we cannot accept returns once a package has left our fulfillment centers, we strongly encourage you to double-check the Size Chart on each product page before ordering.

Our international labels often run smaller than standard US/EU fits, so if you're between sizes, we always recommend sizing up for the best fit. If a pair doesn't fit quite right, they make a great gift for a friend—and since shipping is free, it’s easy to come back and find your perfect fit!
